GOAL 1: ADVANCE COMMUNITY IMPACT

Strategies to Achieve Goal 1

  1. Increase the amount raised for and invested from the Equity Fund
  2. Establish & Grow Americorps/VISTA in UW Operations (impacts all goals)
  3. Build on Continuous Improvement and Dollars Invested Through Impact Grants
  4. Incorporate Use of UWW Equity Toolkit, Framework and Strategy Guides (all staff)
  5. Develop UW Capacity Building Academy For UW & the Nonprofit Sector
  6. Collaborate Community-wide with City, County and Other funders to achieve community-based collective impact goals

 

GOAL 2: BUILD VOLUNTEERISM SO UW IS CENTRALIZED VOLUNTEER ORGANIZER IN MID-MO

  1. Develop an Organization-Wide Volunteer Center/Experience/Platform
  2. Create Digital Platforms for a Volunteer Hub that Engages Agencies, Volunteers, Companies and Other Local Stakeholders
  3. Create and Integrate the United Way experience for affinity groups

  1. Annual Campaign Increase on Average by 5%; Annual Campaign of $3.5M and Other Revenue Sources by $350k; $3.7M by 2025
  2. Develop an Annual Community Fund for Donor Acquisition
  3. Expand Donor Base by Increasing Annual Donors to Over 5,500
  4. Devise Recurring Alternative Revenue Strategies
  5. Establish Annual Stewardship Plan/Process
