Core Capacity Assessment Tool (CCAT) Cohort #1

TCC Group’s CCAT measures nonprofit organizational effectiveness. Each assessment includes a custom results report and interpretation by a TCC-certified expert. The CCAT Report is designed to help an organization identify its strengths and target its areas of improvement, the interpretation is designed to help nonprofits understand and contextualize the data, identify priorities, and turn assessment results into an action plan.

High Impact

The CCAT is a comprehensive assessment of your organization. Our survey collects real, unbiased input from staff and board leaders to assess your organization across 36 key measures. These statistically-validated measures are drawn from an evidence-based understanding of how nonprofits most effectively deliver on their missions. It gives staff and Board members a common language to discuss organizational challenges and assets. The outcome is a clear plan of where to spend your time and money strengthening the capacities needed for your nonprofit to make the most impact.

High Touch

Your CCAT Interpretation Session provides expert guidance to contextualize your results and facilitate a robust conversation with your staff and Board leaders. After completing the CCAT, you will have access to curated resources to help guide you in implementing your capacity building plan.

Here are just a few local examples of how the CCAT has benefitted local nonprofits:

Without the support of CCAT we would have given up years ago.  Thank you for helping the small, underdog, grassroot agencies that just want to help people where they can. In the trenches.

It is so wonderful to know that I am not alone in the struggles, and more importantly, the triumphs of leading a not for profit. I believe the CCAT assessment is one of the best tools out there charity leadership and development. Your efforts are not in vain or loss on UCB and myself. Please enjoy the rest of your week and know that you have helped UCB a lot more than you realize.

I think the CCAT is awesome and an incredible tool – I am confident that next year we will be more able to take full advantage.  We have certainly used insights from last year to improve our systems, especially around internal communication, and it has really helped.  Thanks –
